Rho Gammas
What are rho gammas?
Every woman who goes through Primary Recruitment is assigned a Panhellenic Recruitment Counselor, otherwise known as a Rho Gamma, who will guide her through the process. Each Rho Gamma is an unbiased Panhellenic member who has temporarily disaffiliated from her chapter to be better able to discuss and answer questions about recruitment or chapters in general. She will be there to act as a counselor, advisor, and friend. Rho Gammas serve a vital role prior to, during, and after recruitment. They are an integral part of a successful recruitment at Indiana University and offer potential new members a first impression of Greek Life.
