The Panhellenic Association (PHA) at Indiana University will facilitate a Spring Informal Recruitment Process, also known as Continuous Open Bidding, COB, or simply informal. This process allows for women to join a Panhellenic Chapter through receiving a bid outside of the Formal Recruitment Process that is held earlier in the Spring. Eligible women include women who have not participated in Recruitment at Indiana University in the past, as well as women who have gone through the Formal Recruitment process and not accepted a bid. Women who have attended Bid Night and have received bids from a chapter are NOT eligible for Spring Informal Recruitment. 

The chapters participating in spring ‘24 informal recruitment are:

Alpha Sigma Alpha

Delta Phi Epsilon

Theta Phi Alpha

The Panhellenic Vice President of Recruitment will be collecting the information of interested individuals through the Google Form below. Women who are interested in participating in informal recruitment will be need to fill out the interest form.
